Can anyone let me know if it is ok to start construction during the monsoon season in lahore or one should wait for the clear weather.
My opinion is if one have foundation ready there should not be any issue, let me know your opinion please.

If you are done safely with Foundation stage or basement (if any ), than its fine.

monsoon season is good for construction as it provides enough water for bricks to have strong bond. The only problem is the foundations as B.R Malik said if you are done with foundations it is safe to start during monsoon.
you should check for weather forces before planning for slab and you don't want rain on that particular day.
Not good or a safe thing. If your basement is done then moonsoon is good for it. For new construction, it can be very dangerous for you because the flow of water is very hign in some areas of Lahore that`s why I will not recommend you that.
