Please intimate whether a complete cement slab is required to be laid down at bottom of all the plots required to constructed in bahria town, or it is for the soft soil plots
If soil is weak or of low bearing capacity RCC raft foundation is designed in Bahria Town. This type of foundation reduces risk of settlement and seepage.but if soil is hard there is no need of raft foundation

For weak soil, you should go with this option otherwise it can be harmful for construction. But if you think it is OK then you have no need be worried about laws etc.

It Depends on soil bearing capacity of Plot and it is called as raft. Mostly used in loosely bonded soil (PLOT ON FILL). There are some other ways like piles (which you might have seen in metro project) but incase of house it is expensive so might not be used.
