I am planning to build my first floor of my house measuring 240 yards. What are the prevailing rates of construction cost with labor + material and only labor. How 240 yards can be converted into sq. feet?

240 sq yards will be 2160 sq ft and construction cost of labor + material will be 2700 to 3000 per sq ft.

Can anyone calculate the approx. Tons of steel, cement, crush, sand, gravel required and the labor cost per sq. Feet to build the structure of the first floor building.
