The construction cost depends on the features that you add to the bungalow. Well, in my opinion, you need around 150 lacs or more for constructing a bungalow on 1100 sq. Yards.

200 lakh is already spent on structer with plaster …Structure is quiete heavy…Done plaster.

I gave you a rough estimate. Well, the construction cost varies in accordance to the lavish features that you opt. If you have already spent 200 lacs on structure, then i guess the same amount or more may be required for finishing.

This is a big housing project and for a fraction of cost consultant & contractiing company should be contracted for this project.For 4-5 crores cost of land & building risk should not be taken.There should be estimate done before start of project and quality control should also be taken into consideration.
Construction cost is between 2500-3000 for a good a class construction with lash pash finishing.
