I am planning to build my house in Soan Garden, the plot size is 32x90. Can someone please tell me roughly how much will it cost to build a complete two story house?

There are different packages for construction and it depends on design of home. If we are talking about a normal design it starts from rs 1200 per sq ft to rs 1600 per sq ft.
So the estimated expense would be rs. 3456000 to rs. 4608000 for 32x90 plot size.

I got same price range from other contractors but i dont konw why some builders price is too high, 1800 to 3000 sq ft.
@shakeel arshad they are charging you more because this is their wish, one popular quot says in urdu "Gahak or Allah se mangte hove sharmana nahi hona chahiye" haha
The reasons, may be they are going to give you better services or may be the better guidance or the most importantly may be they are famous in the town, that is why they are charging you more.
