I have two story house on 25x50 plot and planning to build 3rd story as per the society policy i can not make complete 3rd floor so i have to make something like 2x bed room with attached baths approx. 11x12 room size one kitchen approx. 9x6 and living room 20x12 and open terrace my question is that what will be total covered area in sf and cost per sf ( complete keys in hand ) not very high quality not very low medium work
