I need construction costs of a hall of 1 Kanal (single storey) and a hall of 2 Kanal (single storey). Covered area in both cases is total area of plot (no space left).
And the same with double storey as well.

Just the halls should be around 200 per sqft so 1 kinal your looking at 900,000than multiply that with 2 for 2 kinals and deduct rs 50000 incase you give both to the same contractor.this would be the labour cost.
