I have a small 2 story house in gulzar e quaid rawalpindi now i want to construct one room on 2nd floor with below details kindly advise what is the construction rate and how much total it will cost me..

I think it should be around 1000 per /SF since its a big room only
so 21x14= 294x1000=294000
8x6=48x1000=48000
