It’d be a minimum of 61 lacs estimated cost of covering the area. The details of bricks and mortar and whatever can be discussed if you want it to be constructed at the rate of 3000 per sq ft. This rate would be standard high quality construction. The per square ft rate can be adjusted depending on the materials you choose for the construction. That can be discussed as well. 03015009678.
