Construction cost in bahria town safari valley

Guys i want to construct a 7 marla house in bahria town rwp safari valley. I need clarity on few things:-

1. Likley cost for a A+ construction double storey 7 marla

2. Generally the sq ft area for 7marla is 1800 sq ft, so will the same be taken as covered area while calculating the cost or the covered area increases in case of a double storey house?

Like what i mean to say is that if designing fee is 80 per sq ft, will it be 80x1800 for getting total cost or the covered area is something different if we r building a double storey house?

So by ur reply wat i hav got is that in case my plot is 1800 sq ft then the covered area will become 3600 ft i.e

1800 for gr floor

And another 1800 for ist floor

M i right?

Dear Sohail Malik,

Covered area is separate for each floor. In your case, it would be ground floor plus first floor plus the mumty. Mumty in a 7 marla house is around 250 square foot. So if your house is 1800 sqft for the ground floor, it would be a total of 3850 sqft (1800+1800+250) for the complete house.

The rate for constructing an A+ house in Bahria safari valley would be around 2200-2450 per sqft.
