Can we build single storey in Bahria phase 8, block M?
Is there anyway to keep the design simple which looks like double storey but has features of single storey? This is to keep construction cost as low as possible.
How much it would cost to build a house on 5 Marla plot?
How long it usually it takes to complete the project?

yes sir you can build single story in BT. But utility charges will cost commercial rates instead of residential untill you make it double story.
Sir the foundation & Elevation will be of bahria town approved. Rest you can make changes inside the house.
Sir in bahria a 5 marla double story costs 70-80 lacs. So single story will cost around 50.
Sir it takes 6 months to 1 years if you make a good quality house.
