Kindly someone will give me information about construction cost of 49*91 double story (1 Kanal plot)
It's approximately 4500 Square feet.
Initially I've 25 lac capital. I want to divide construction into 2 or 3 phases. (grey structure, Electrical and mechanical fitting then finishing) 25 lac will be enough for grey structure?
I don't have any idea in construction. So please your step wise valuable response are required.
Further kindly give me details (with contact numbers) of someone associate who can make superb map for my property.
Aoa, the map will cost you around Rs. 50,000 to 75,000/- for grey structure on a kinal plot ,minimum cash required is 50 to 55 lacs depending on the map and site location.

HT is right. It will cost you 50 to 55 Lac for grey structure of double storey building Single storey grey structure will cost around 30 Lac. Map will cost you 50 thousand from a good reputed architect otherwise you can hire a drafter for 20 thousand who will make all working drawings for you.
I want to build a 2-storey house on a 500 yards plot in E-11 Islambad. On turn-key basis how much it would approximately cost with a medium to good finishes.

We have classified turnkey rates according to the material used. Which include:
For an average home, it would cost 2700-3000
For A grade, it would be 3000-3300
whereas for A+, it would be 3300-3500
