We are starting buy plot/construct/sell business of small plots in bts.
Already two small commercials projects in phae-8 are in pipeline.
As per my research, for a residential project, bahria enclave-1 has better potential for the profit compared to phae-8.
I know in enclave, there are filling issues everywhere!
Any help out there to advise us on the non-filling 5 marla clusters in enclave?
Plot budget max 40 lacs.
We are planning to get marketing service from the professional to sell our units on 18 months installments schedule.
