The finishing depends on your choice. If you can tell us as to what kind of finishing your after than i will be able to give you more accurate estimate.

Cost of materials for a 200 square yards house is approx.Rs.15 Lac.
Labour cost for civil work (tessikarandi) is Rs.5 Lac. Contact for detailed quantities of cement, sand , crush , steel, tiles,etc.
