What is your opinion about building a house in sector d12/2. As the sector is totally un developed with rare construction on site…Do you think after house construction we would be able to rent it out…? Many thanks
Till the time you will complete your construction, maybe you can rent it out, but not now, i am talking about another year or so. G-13 is more populated than D12, many houses are available for rent but the rents are still very low, for example a 4 marla brand new house double unit rent is about 30000 per month with all the facilities like commercial, masjid etc.
Thanks Nasir! It means within a year or so it will be better…as construction material cost is going higher day by day so the recommendations I’m getting is to start construction ASAP.
Yes, you are rite about the construction material price increment plus the labour cost. And yes we should be hopeful.
