I have 7 marla plot in Phase 8.
Is it a wise decision to start constructing house considering the current situation where the cost of construction is high?
or should i sale this plot and add more money and buy ready house 5 marla?
is merging deal beneficial or should sale plot first ?
I need your kind suggestions plz.

In my opinion you have to merge with house. Because we are also in business of construction and real estate. We can do both ways. but in my opionion is this
