I have 80 yard house ground floor ready in 7d north karachi . I want to construct 2 new storey in same building (ground + 2 storey)
What is the procedure to construct 2 new storey as per new law and regulation.
Will have to pass new plan or work start on existing ground floor plan
Please advise
