What is difference between affidavit and allocation file in dha\\r\\
Affidavit file is certificate issued on stamp paper against the surrendered land to DHA. Allocation certifate is issued once the affidavit file is converted into buyers name after paying DHA MEMBER SHIP FEE.

Yes you are right. But you have to consider one point. You are not required to pay taxes on the affidavit file, but this is not the case for allocation files. This is the reason why allocation files are cheaper (100,000 to 150,000) cheaper than the affidavit files.
If you want become a part of balloting, you must have an allocation file.
Current rate of 1-kanal file is PKR 3,250,000. It was PKR 2700,000 when DHA Villas were launched.

I think this is the right time to buy property in DHA Bahawalpur. It is expected that plots will be balloted this year and possession will be granted in 2018.

I have recently purchased 1 kanal in dha multan , dha has issud intimation letter on my name , i have intimation letter ,not went to dha multan office yet , will it be considered in balloting ?
