Confused Between Faisal Town & Top City

I have visited top city and I liked it but the price is a bit out of my budget in those A-E topcity blocks.

Also other hand few people have recommended me Faisal Town ( Which yet to be visited) so far on zameen dot com I found prices are bit cheaper than top city but I have no idea about its blocks if I visit there which block/phase I should check and also I am interested in only possessioned as I want to build my home asap.

faisal town A block is more populated but in future C block will get access from Sirinagar highway. so choose between these two.

no but i have visited it several times, also some of my relatives recently shifted there.
