Dear brothers i have a budget of around 4 million and my plan to build the house after 3 -4 years i am interested in bahria town phase 8 , i like 8 marla in rafi block or 10 marla in b or c block ,,i need experts advise on this to help to take the final decision as i will be travelling to pakistan after 2 weeks,

I would advice to buy in Abu Bakar block in your range and rafi is not at all a good option… Most of the houses are cracked because of sever filling of land…

I am agree with HT that Abu Bakar block is one of best block of safari valley because of less filling area.
