Hi, i am interested to buy a one kanal plot in dha phase 2 isl or dha phase 7 lahore for 2-3 years my budget is 12 million. Confused where to buy need a expert advice with prons and corns of both the areas.

In Islamabad you can get a decent plot in K or L blocks o DHA-2. In Lahore, I suggest that you buy in Phase 9 Prism or Phase 8 S block.

Thanks for your suggestion I know you gave me the suggestion before also. Phase 9 what do you recommend 5 marla 2 plots or 10 marla and if you can tell me which blocks has more potential. Phase 8 Block S 10 Marla ?

Thanks for your suggestion. What do you recommend in Phase 9 prism 10 marla or 2*5 marla considering the price increse there from last 3 months.

@ Murtaza sheikh…Sir what i personally feel is dha 2 isl is ahead in construction activity and development.Also prospects are very good due to upcoming projects and high way expansion…Lahore is also good but i feel that its market may suppress in the coming times keeping in view the new taxes and heavy stamp duty. If you want to be safe and enjoy reasonable profits, you can also split your investment between dha 2 isl 10 marla in later blocks and a smaller size plot in any upcoming phase of lahore. At the moment DHA Lahore is doing very well as compared to DHA Islamabad due to ongoing and future mega infrastructure projects. DHA Islamabad is like very steady growth project, however, the return DHA Lahore could be surprising. So, I would personally go with DHA Lahore. The rest Allah SWT knows better about the future.

Both options are good 2 plots of 5 marla or 1 plot of 10 marla. But generally, in DHA 10 marla is preferable over 5 marla.

As for Phase 8 S block, personally I like Phase 8 better than Phase 9 Prism due to location. Also, Phase 8 is developed almost fully. But may be due to investor interest, Phase 9 may do slightly better in certain time periods. Istikhara kar lein between 8 and 9.
