I purchased a 1 canal land at jatyail attock in 1997. All formalities were done and the patwari made the transaction in records register in front of me.
He said when ever you want you may come and get a copy of fird. I got transferred from there and and when i recently went to get the fird its still on old persons name. I have given an application to ac which was marked to patwari but still the action is pending. How should i address this issue.
