New Islamabad Airport to be completed by 2016 may be later. How much appreciation is expected near by societies like tmumtaz city, top city,etc in year

I think the apriciation in property nearby new airport which are dependent on the raod access of new airport will be very slow. And that is long term investment. Is there any body how can tell witch housing socities are dependent on the road network will be build for new airport?

Brother ILyas, almost all the societies close to new airport will have positive impact with the opening of airport.

TOP CITY, Mumtaz City, PECHS , fAZAIA, all these will have a gud increase in prices IA.

First pray for the opening of new air port in 2 years time because this is mega project for this zone.For me opening of new air port will impact on whole Zone-2 not only nearby societies.Baqi Allah bahtar janta hay kia ho ga.

The Airport will take at least 2-3 more years, off course, when Airport is ready, rates of all the societies nearby will increase.

Plus the rates are coming down rite now in Top and Mumtaz City.

1). "Airport" will be in zone-II.Will be ready in 2-to-3 years(This looks for sure).

2).Main dual carriage way (Cargo + Passengers) Rd will be

b/w TC & MC.At Site visit, Can be seen the Non-carpeted

rough big Wide Rd.

These two hope appreciated the Price in TC & MC. Whenever both of these two hopes remain intact, Prices will gradually increase with the passage of work done (Airport + TC & MC).

But it looks that hope no.2) gets slipped, Because its challenged in court (litigation),Prices already (TC & MC)taken the down turn(on OLX Zameen, investors put their plots for sale, demandig 2 to 3-lacs less then, what they were demanding before the news ), prices will come down slowly up to 6-months. But if Court takes more then 6-months,then the prices will take spiral down turn.Prices will come to the floor.

Allotee of TC & MC hoping, that problem will resolve in 2 to 3 months, I pray that it should resolve before 2-months.

If We think realistically, not positively. The "Present status" of TC & MC Suggest come out for a while (Even on 1 to 2 lacs lose).There is no ban on you to buy again in TC & MC. Rest Allah knows the best.

But according to many experts here people with holding power and strong heart will survive at the end...wat does this statement mean ??

Dear ALL whats the title of top city’s plea in high court as in top city V/s ??

Situation is not good for short term but the motorway link road will most likely have point of access for tc/mc because the road will pass between these two schemes.

In fact, in the tender for this road project, the contractor was informed that access will be provided.

Brothers: Even if access is not provided to TC and MC through MW, still these two will prove among best, due to their location. Airport will definetly have an access road to Islamabad(or there is plan to use choppers to drop passengers at airprt?). Any road approaching to airportt will for sure pass through or beside Top City at least if not both TC and MC. Will this not raise both the soceities upon or close to airport completion date?

Thats the point which should be kept in mind, AND this is the basis of TOP CITY / Mumtaz City "bright future" despite of current slow down:

  1. Ideal location..at the junction of motorway/ KH & at ideal distance from airport

  2. Access to airport passing between or in any case beside these two societies.

  3. Good standard of development so far....and commitment of management to achieve success.

so dear fellas, though i am sure that the route access from NHA side (which is temporary blocked) will be reopen soon, and in worse scenario , even if it doesnt, even then it has multiple access, from Thalian interchange of motorway and from fateh jhang side as well.

Bottom Line: Hold ur investments and dont throw away in panic, those who have money , go for buying .. Prices are very reasonable as weak hearted are ready to sell.

2). TC 17% Price has sank to now after the NEWS.

Dear MQ so what is wrong in that. Markets float up and down and this is how you fetch businees and investment opportunities. It can not always be upward trend in any soceity, it has to be ups and down. Key is how you take such trends, negative or positive.

Top City, Mumtaz City, MPCHS projects in Zone 2, in all these projects prices will increase.
