Hi wishing to sell our property in karachi which is around 50 years old a two story house of plot 600 yards ,di not have completion certificste ,agent says reuited compulsery for transfer or registration.Also a ban by court in regards to transfer of property.Is it true and is tgere no other way to sell this property,any advise please?
