Hi, i have a plot in bahria town phase 4, 1 kanal. This is a corner plot with natural basement (basement porch in street and ground floor porch on main road)
I want to make a three story house (basement, ground and first floor) but only have funds for two floor construction at the moment (basement and first floor)
Can i get a design of three floor approved and then get completion after construction basement and ground.
Also i heard you can't get completion but can get noc to move in. In case we get noc is there any penelty for not getting completion certificate or any time frame in which we have to get completion before we get fined?
Also can one get completion after having just grey structure of third floor without any intern fitting
