If investment is the only consideration (no plans for living), then in the opinion of experts on this forum which of the following is expected to fetch the highest rate of return over a period of 5-7 years:
1. G-13 (1,2,3,4)
2. G-14/4
3. G-15

None of the above,these sectors already reached to its peak, go to non developed cda sectors in which ur investment will double for such a time. I will sugest E-12, G-14, 1,2,3, I-11 etc
My understanding is that in E-12 and G-14 (1,2,3) I will not get possession of the plot for quite some time (maybe a long time). I prefer to have possession.
Buyer, your understanding is very much correct. Stay away from non-possession areas/ sectors... Play safe and secure, even with less return expectations.
