Compare: galleria mall bahria enclave vs plot in dha-5

Dear all,
I am in need of your expert opinion over an issue i am indecisive about.I am planning to invest around 7million pkr and the two options available to me in this range are
1-book a 3-bed apartment in galleria mall
2- one 10m plot is available in dha-5

Definitely dha 5 plot is the far better option in this budget.

Dha-5 is 100 time better than Galleria or Victoria act act.
