Dear abdul hafeez currently 30 x 60 rate in sector g 13 is around 9 to 11 million depend on different locations. It will increase after kashmir highway extension but personally g 15 f 15 is better option as the day prices will increase in g 13 definitely it will impact on g 15 f 15 and u can get 2 plots of 30 x 60 in g 15. Another good option is to buy one kanal plot in f 15 it will give good returns inshallah

Actually i am interested to know more detail from your experience i.e. How much profit two 30x60 plots will give me after two year approx as compare to profit of single 30x60 plot in G-13/3 over 9 to 10 million invest
G-13 is more safe, and will bring in more profit. One can not calculate the exact profit, it’s your luck.
Abdul hafeez if you see recent trends in the property market one could say it will increase by atleast 30 to 40% in 2 years time in g13.you will get greater return ratio on G15,F15 plots as compared to G13
I agree with slayer specially whenever they will connect g-15/16 from kashmir highway it will give u very good return so 2 plots in g 15 is better option rather then to buy a single plot in g 13. Also g 15 development is a little better then g 13 and commercial activities are there
The suggestion of Ibrahim Sb, is very valid. Purchase of two plots in G-15 will give much better result then one plot in G-13.
