R.O.I based on one year investment at least , I believe that after 1 year 10 marla will be at least with profit of 12 to 15 lakh Inshaa Allah and 1 kanal at 15 to 20 lakh
New booking plot will be more advance and sophisticated structure and block will be more close to Commoners main buildings
Dear Imtiaz, You mean to say that new booking plots will have better location then the old booking plots. If that is true than what about balloting of old booking which is expected by the end of Jan 2015. So far layout has not been made public than how an investor will know what area is included in old booking and what is kept aside for new booking?
As per my knowledge, balloting for old files will be completed in current month. Layout plan is also finalized for both old and new. As there is different in prices then new file must have some edge than old files
Gents can someone please confirm me the price for kanal file with uptodate installments paid.

What is the difference between Commoners Sky Garden, Commoners Flower Valley and Commoners Dream Valley?
Was thinking about investing in 10M plot there but have just gone through a notice from CDA saying Sky Garden (Flower Valley) is illegal, Is it so? Notice can be accessed at the below link:

Dear Abid, in conclusion old and new both booking are feasible and company has finalized how they will ballot both in different time span. Upon publication of the lay out plan you will definitely understand the both side different clearly.
