I am a common man and a complete novice at property buying, my brother is in baluchistan and has around 20 lac amount, he wishes to buy a plot now, he is insisting to buy in bahria town phase 8 or 9. I went to a property dealer there and he took me to 2 plots of 5 marla each around 25 to 29 lac , he also told me there are files available for plots at lower cost , i am very confused , can someone give a detailed advice on it ? Will it be better to buy file or plot ? More importantly will it be good to invest in bahria town ?
Bahria Ph.8 prices are down at the moment and it is the best time to invest. If your bro wants to invest for better return, then both file and plot options will work. For housing, plot is the only option.
Thanks dear isloo for ur advice, do u know the rate of 5 marla files in phase 8 ? I asume i’ll have to buy a file from an agent ? Can u also plz let me know ,file of which block shud i be purchasing? Becaz My bro plans to invest now but in 3 years time he is planing to setle in pndi isld too .
Sir increase you budget for upto 23 to 25 lacs approx and get a 5 mrla in ali block with possession…
