We recently visited PWD Housing Society and observed several commercial plots, houses, and plazas on the Main PWD Road. We are very interested in knowing the current rates for commercial properties on the main road, especially if we plan to purchase a commercial plot or house. Can someone please provide information regarding the rates?
In addition what tax rates apply on the property during transfer ?
Are transfer taxes based on DC rate or Actual Rate?
