As you know commercial projects need residency around and if residency is less, commercial investment may increase initially but, if houses do not start at a good rate, investment goes in dead phase.
At present DHA-2 and Bahria phase 1-6 & some parts of Bahria phase-8, overseas-5 sector being one example, are performing well amid property slow down.
There are other hot places everywhere in the twin cities, for example scheme-3 being in Pindi and Markaz inside F-11, G-11/13 in CDA are good for a medium size investment looking into the houses built around.
