Hi,
I want to buy an apartment in bahria town and just came across phase 8 : the sixth boulevard mall & apartments.
They are selling at the rate of @7500/sqft. I feel its a bit expensive as per the location of the mall.
My queries are following;
1-do any body know the developer?
1- can someone share the experience of buying apartment in bahria and how to get a good bargain with the developer?
