Please comment on my purchase:

Pair of 1 Kanal plots in Bahria Garden City Zone 7, Street 1. Price paid is 13 million PKR. Additional 1.2 million will be paid to Bahria later for boulevard.

I intend to build house in about 3 years time.

It will rise. There is alot of work going on in garden city now after it was neglected for some time. The main entrance of bahria town phase 8 is from GT road entering garden city, thats where I think 1 kanal plots are.
