I have visited Channar Bagh on Raiwind Road and found it to be well planned and built well. but I have not seen much home construction there. I have searched around and there are no legal problems as well. but then why despite all things being good, the project is not attracting many customers. I am asking e=because I have an investment and want to put it in a good project with a resale value. which project would you suggest? I can invest up to 1 million per year.
