Well I wish friends contribute to this issue..
As its well known fact that anyone when tries to buy a plot, first look at the map and location of the area........ So his 50 -75% brain concentration and focus while purchasing is that map and location.
I want to draw the attention of readers to this issue and its legal stance.
1. Buyers buy plots, while keeping in mind the map and location, and pays for that... But after some times the societies change the map and location... So heavy losses are incurred on buyers.
2. This is common with Bahria and others ..
3. So if you change location or map ,the losses to buyer can touch anywhere bet 1-2 million in a single plot in open market...
My question is what legal measures we have to stop society changing maps and location of our plots??
Very important concern . Need property legal adviser advice…
