What are the future prospects of Central Park Lahore? Can it become the next lake city?? As it is a well built society with facilities and currently under priced… Is investment there recommended with 3 yrs in mind??
Central Park seems to be a good society to me, as I haven't heard of any scams in the locality. But do visit the site before investing and try to investigate the investment prospects as much as possible.

Central park Lahore on ground plots are good investments. Non possession plots are not good or safe investment.
1st developers itself is on direct competition against you as they are offering plots on installments non stop each day and every day of year for past many years against holders of non developed already fully paid out plots for years. As an owner of fully paid cash how can you possibly offer a better deal to a buyer than developer own marketing team offering same plot on payments in installments. You will always be at losing end unless developer stops offering new plots on installments.
2nd for past many years all paid out plots are not given possession because many pieces of undeveloped land in litigation for many years.

Both of these are not likely to have any major impact anymore. These developments are already priced in at this time and day for Central Park. METRO BUS is there for while now and Lahore Ring road not too close to leave any major impact in future.
Metro extension will have great impact as metro stop near society gate will be more impactfull than a terminal 6km away. Ring road will also do wonders as movement to airport and raiwand multan road will be easy
