Central park housing scheme based on only 3 blocks a,b and g because possession plots only available in these 3 blocks.Many plots in g block are still non possession. Dealer told me that land owner is not selling the land to society as per society decided rate and these plots are still non possession due to this matter. Society is not focusing on development and possession. Society have authorized dealers are cheaters who selling these plots on high rates and purchasing in very low rate the difference is too big. Society owner also involve in this game because he is earning rs 50,000 transfer fee on every deal. Now they making some 5 marla homes in e block which is extreme backside of society because they are trying to increase the rates of middle area of society and dealers are trying increase the rates of d and c blocks but there is no improvement on development. They are just cheating the customers and making the money. Lets see the analysis:-
1- no proper roads making from last many years.
2- no possession of plots from last many years.
3- not buying the land of reaming g block and f block.
4- authorized dealers are working with owner to making the money.
Now they start minor working in e block for increase the rates of e,d and c block and i think people will buy the high cost non possession plots for some times and no development will be happened. See the example of reaming g block and f block which have good location on backside of main park. Many non possession plots are available there but no improvement in last several years. Why society is not giving the possession ?????????
Now they launch aa block which called phase 2 it is land of a village and society is selling the files. Its 5 marla block on village land .They are not improving phase 1 and making the money on aa block. So be careful from central park housing scheme mafia.
