1. How high is the average ceiling height for ground floor and 1st floor residential (floor tile till ceiling) for construction in dha karachi?
   
   
2. How thick are the roofs themselves usually (roof downside plaster, roof structure itself plus rooftop tiles total thickness)?
   
   
3. What is the normal staircase structure, 7/11 or 6/12 or any other riser/tread combination?

Normal in residential is 6/10 or 7/10. If you have 7/11 or 6/12, that’s is also good
