Cdechs 1 kanal residential plots

Please apprise the current price of 1 kanal plot in e-16/3, and prediction for next year i.E 2018.

E-16/3 current price 5-6 million, next year 2018 may touch 8 million, If Airport starts it may even go 10 million.

One needs to visit this. It is CDA sector still at very reasonable prices but once airport is inaugurated things will be very different. You wont get anything anywhere near current prices.

Whole zone2 is rising and it will further rise.No doubt E-16 cdechs is good option with CDA tag.
