CDA is desparate to find funds for its projects. They are trying to apply different tactics, this one is one of those. The best “tactic” CDA should use is probably ‘stop corruption’ and that’s it.
One more "Pending approval"
As it happened to three of my previous postings which went to "pending approval", I am not hopeful for this one also, to come back.
Probably "Pending Approval" means 'gone to Samra's trash box' :))
