U know details of park enclave who are major stake holders and allottees in it ? I personally has no regrets for the people of park enclave . U may disagree with me
Also bahria/multi/park enclave are no end of anything. Time keep on moving .

Things will improve in coming days viz a viz CDA but you must have bag full of cash/money AND READILY AVAILABLE, to enjoy and surf on tide

Thinking a bit rationally, I believe making of Margallah Avenue will also give a great benefit to these upcoming C sectors. So it should be in the interest of CDA to complete MA before launching these sectors... My 2 cents
What will be the process for applying plots in the upcoming sectors. Will there be any balloting?

If you wait 50 years it might just happen, going by their past performance.
Not necessary though not improbable. E-12 is a different case.
I think CDA should have become more experienced in compensation and acquisition technology.
E12 is destroyed/delayed due to much greed of the allottees and locals with little connivance from land mafia at start
I personally donot think cda much to blame. It is all the locals and allotted greed which has created difficulties and you will found a graveyard full of people who called themselves SHUHDA-I-E12
E12 is classic example of greed corruption and deception .
But I am hopeful from ALLAH this will not repeated in new launch of c series. As most has. Got nothing out of E 12 delay only middleman and mafia earned

We live in a different Islamabad today, where CDA does not rule at all. This bureaucratic giant has grown too big to worry about petty matters such as sector development. It has become a money minting machine for corrupt elements.
I would buy Arshad's pessimism that it would take another half a century before CDA can actually delivery C belt. If you plan to wait that long, then be my guest. However, "gamers" will play their games, just like they did in E-12 where prices have quadruped in last 1 year without any progress on land acquisition. This is called "vapour-ware" in IT business, and C sectors shall sell the same. Nothing on ground, just gamble.
You cannot just blame the people for greed, CDA and its staff are equally involved in the corruption and try to mint money for themselves in the process of acquiring land. I don’t see that changing anytime soon, unless CDA is totally reformed, made corruption free, it has complete independence from politicians and its efficiency is improved/
So if they launch CDA sectors with a ridiculous price tags and pathetic cda development , why should one bUy there and not in B17, D17?
My view is regardless of terrible delay in E-12, C sectors will receive a good response.
Secondly, E-12 may not be taken as a benchmark of performance for CDA as it wasn't launched by current management/government and the development there has to be funded by CDA for which it lacks the resources.
On the contrary C sectors will be sold now so CDA collects fresh revenues and use them for their development; WIN-WIN situation.
I am surprised they are not launched yet, in a way its a positive sign that CDA was able to run their overheads without launching these sectors this year.
I am positive they will definitely launch em in next few months to fund next year's projects.

And they might throw the bait of completing margalla avenue project this year for a better list price.
The launch of these sectors will get good response from public, no doubt. But what will happen next, is not clear. CDA is one of the big corrupt organisations in the country therefore I am not expecting this launch any different than E-12, D-12, Park Enclave, that is High price tag, uncertaun development etc etc…
