CDA set to make big splash this year
I hope they do all this.
CDA desperately needs cash injection and therefore they will definitely sell out new sectors. It does not mean that it will start development and handing over anytime soon.

45 billion rupees .
About half,
i.e 22.5 billions for salaries and perks of officials,
the remaining 22.5 billions,
10 billions in commissions in contracts and ,repairs of old infrastructure ,,
2 billions for a few kilometer roads,,
i think many will disagree with me [in themes of false pretension of patriotism[, but that's the ugly facts in governmental bodies ,,
but remember true patriotism is shown by devotion of since reties , by sacrifices , and accepting the facts,,,, and try to improve bad things,
cda gives free plots to all employees in cda sectors WHY ???,WHEN they receive salaries from taxes of the masses ,then why this discrimination,
you give 1- 2 kanal free plots to all officer RANKS why???? this is not your money and property ,,
this is common man property,
WE ALL ARE EQUAL CITIZENS , only those who sacrifice their lives physically[ martyrdom[ for the mother land should be rewarded above common citizens,, and also those extraordinary scientists as well,,,and that's full stop,,

22.5 B for salaries and perks... How many employees work in CDA and what kind of Salaries they are getting.
I agree with you regarding the plot distribution which is very unfair and this excluded the corruption money they earn.
BTW is the corruption money is included in this 22.5B or it will be taken from the remaining. Otherwise the few km of land might be lost in corruption
Lol, Injection…which injection are you talking about my friend…what about the billions they just got from last 2/3 auctions in Islamabad.
@Nasir, if you’re suggesting CDA is cash surplus then I need to update myself. I was under the impression that it is under financial crunch that is impacting its development projects.
