CDA sectors C15 and C16 good for investment?

I have just heard of new cda sectors c15 and c16. How good are they do you think?

Once developed they will be jewel sectors but when will they be developed is something unknown. For investment purpose, i think they will be ok, but again these are expensive even now.

These sectors are on Earthquake plates :slight_smile:

So far, not much has been said about the original question: how good are c15 and c16 as investments?? I have heard that they are cda sectors and CDA transfer when you buy. Prices on the main Margalla Road are now 1 crore, and a corner plot is upto 1cr and 25l. Anyone has any veiws if they are good for investment at these prices? They tell me CDA has asked for tenders for start of developement of roads etc. On the 30th and prices are expected to rise even further?

TK saab, u hv good updated info abt these sectors... Good for long term investments.... However, no one knows about priorities of CDA, so, one might stuck for unknown period... Big risk big return.

I heard the C-16 prices dropped to low as 40 lac. Then how come C-15 is touching 1 corer. Both sectors are next to each other then how come a big price gap?

@TK sb C-16 is a proper CDA sector & good for investment i think you should go for it as C-15 margalla road tender is passed 1 week back

Will these two sectors C-15 and 16 beat B-17 in prices and development. Over the map, they don’t seem to be far from each other. In fact C sectors are closers to B-17 than they are to D, E or F.

B-17 is a society given CDA noc

mean while C-16 & 15 are proper CDA sector

In future C-15/16 will have same status like D-12 today

@Ch I come to know C15 development tender is issued. Is it true. This mean in next three TO SIX months development of C-15 WILL BE STARTED

As per my information tenders already taken on 3rd december 2015 and in 15-20 days should be accepted if all goes well. If some development work starts in next 2-3 months a big jump can be expected. C-15 price is higher than c-16 because of the tender for development of c-15. C-15 cannot be compared with b-17 because it is in zone 1 and b-17 is in zone 2. C-15 proper cda sector and always people have more interest in cda sectors. Rest Allah knows better, we can only speculate. For more details can cotact 0333-3748074.
