Prices increased starting from 2 million for 5 Marla plots in recent months but there is no sign of development. What are the reasons behind prices increase. Any views please share.
Prices increased every where brother even in I-11 where is no development at all since long time. This was the game which has been played now
I-11 is developed. I-15 always remain the 60 percent of I-14 . Cda has land of I-15. Now due to lot of construction activity prices in I-15 for 5 marla is 30 lakh. Thats why I-15 price is increased . Prices will not come down in I-15. But I personally think I-12 is better option to invest as CDA has no land issues in I-12 and location is better.
Whats the price of 8 marla non corner in i-15.
