Can any one please let me know at what price cda is offering park enclave 1 kanal plots from today ?

I am not sure if the plot auction has started but I read in a news report a few days ago that price of 1 kanal was being fixed at Rs 23 million, which is much higher than the prevailing market price of already sold plots. However, I have not seen anything official from CDA myself.
