As per today's newspaper, cda launching park enclave phase-ii. Plot size is only 50x90. Last date to apply is 12-01-2016. Full price of plot and payment schedule not announced yet.

Senior members are requested to shed light on launch and advice, is it worth appplying ?

Its location is zone-IV, near rawal chowk.

Current price of park enclave 1 are around 2 coror, new location is better than that, so one can get idea about new prices, it’s only for deep pockets.
