Cda new sectors for long term investment

Hi members,

Do anyone have any knowledge where to invest in cda future development sectors.
I have limited budget and want to get 10 marla in cda. I have no plan to build home till next 5-8 years.
Please suggest something which can be lower than 5 million and is un-developed.

F-14 sector of housing foundation is the only best option in this budget.

Azhar Sir…5.5 million is the tentative total price out of which 2.1 million own+9lacs down payment is to be paid first…Then an expected installment of 5 lacs is to be paid. Rest of the money is to be paid in the installment plan of 3 years…First make up your mind and decide for which sector you want to go…I have a very reliable person who deals Islamabad and i would make you in contact with him.

C-15 could be an option as well… Please explore it…

Thanks for the advise. Can you please tell me what are the development standards in F-14 Housing Foundation. Also what plot size you are talking about. Is it 10 Marla or 1 Kanal.

Please advise how many years I can expect F-14 or I-16, I-14, C-15 sectors will take to develop. Let say if I wait 8-10 years. Do you think these areas will be fully developed and what kind of return one can expect.

No 10 Marla Plot in I-14.I-15 & I-16.

F-14 is good but non transferable. Allotment letters are not yet issued.

In your range:-

C-16 500 Yards Transferable Plot.

G-14/1 35X70 272 Yards Plot. On start of Development purchaser/ allottees will be asked to pay charges for removal of Build Up property & additional development charges.

Note: G-14/4 is developed. Partial Development work in G-14/3 & G-14/2 is underway.

Possession is offered in few streets of G-14/3.

Keep these charges in mind before purchase.

Additional development charges @ 2000 per sq yards.

Build Up Property Removal charges @ 1250 / Yards.

These charges are not yet demanded from allottees of G-14/2 they will be asked to pay equal or more than imposed on G-14/3.

What do you mean by transfer close in I-14 and 16 as i have plots in both sectors and wonder why transfer is closed in these sectors?

Possession is available on Main Service Service Roads East and North & streets on the back of Service roads.
