CDA Financial Conditions and Future of Undeveloped Sectors

As is obvious from the Subject of this discussion, I am looking for views of experienced real-estate professionals on the future of undeveloped sectors like G-14 and E-12 in light of CDA's distressing financial situation.

Frankly how will CDA develop such sectors if it has no money? If it will give these sectors to the private sector, then will they still be considered CDA sectors?

Dear Brother,

Right now CDA is in financial crisis so there is no bright chances of development in near future but if they get some financial aid or any kind of pressures or personal interests maybe they will start development.

I don't think so they are legally allowed to hand over there announced sectors to any pvt housing society will confirm it.

Dear PK1,

We all know about financial crises of CDA. There is no bright chances of development in near future due to financial crises of CDA.

According to my knowledge they cant give an announced sector to any private housing society but will confirm it.

Being a civil engineer and 30 years experience in townships, my view is, that for any house scheme the main problem is land acquisition. If the land problem can not be resloved then the scheme is doomed. Otherwise, nothing can stop the development of the scheme.
Espcially Govt. sponsered schemes; CDA etc.
