CDA cancelled NOC for development of roshan pakistan housing scheme?

So whats going on in terms of Roshan pakistan, i mean i was told by sellers last year that they had posession but CDA have cancelled the development so that doesnt make sense? Its been 7 years since approved the society ddint meet the deadline so its been cancelled. How can the CDA cancel the NOC for development if you have possession?

What would happen to the file holders now? Im glad i didnt invest there, i did visit the site once last year but i didnt buy there, the main reason was its way too far for me.

Does anyone know whats going on? Just out of general interest i would like to know...

I think the file holders need to wait and watch. Lets hope that cda would take reasonable action so that the sentiments of investors may not get vexed.
